The coming surge. . .

. . .of Iraq War veterans running for Congress on the Republican ticket is yet another reason for conservatives of all stripes to get out and support McCain. Some of these vets will be running in districts that are by no means a lock for the GOP, and having McCain out on the hustings, stumping for them in areas where he holds a good amount of sway with independents and right-leaning Dems will help.
